Quality Roofing Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through qualityroofing.co.nz and how we use it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you submit our quote or contact forms we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address and the description of the work you are enquiring about. We do not collect this information any other way, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Your details are emailed securely to our office and used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare quotes. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, plus any period required for business records.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@qualityroofing.co.nz and we will sort it out.
